More Poems (There will be several poem blogs)

Heaven

We can only guess the splendor,
Of the heavens up above,
Sitting on the earth we wonder,
Of the God and son we love.

Though we know not their features,
Nor their attitudes of grace,
They remain for us great teachers,
Of the sinful human race.

Through the torments and the pain,
All the terrors of the past,
In heaven they remain,
Till they heal the very last.

Deserted

Feeling deserted,
Lost and alone,
Broken and shattered,
No where to go,
No where to hide,
No one to help,
Living in silence,
I’m sick of this hell,
Tortured and taunted,
No way out,
Can’t get away,
No other route,
Can’t escape,
No exit,
No doorway to heaven,
No peaceful abyss,
No bliss,
Just pain,
Weak and frail,
Again,
Insane,
On the edge of a rail,
Lost not found,
Arms and legs bound,
One place,
One destiny, No way around,
No space,
No time,
Want this release,
Free to leave,
Deceived,
Unknowing,
The path to take,
To rid my life,
Of all heartache,
Feeling deserted,
Lost and alone,
One place to go,
Take me home.

Feel It

Maybe you can’t feel it… but it’s tangible and real… the feeling that unites us… and puts on us it’s seal… the love that intertwines… with the joy and sorrow combined…to make us who we are… to connect us from afar… maybe you can’t feel it… but it won’t go away… the love that has been forged… will continue on each day… the kinship that’s been created… will be strong because we made it… you may not feel it but it’s here to stay.

Friendship

When you feel like you’re deserted,
And you know you’re feeling down,
Just look to those that love you,
To relieve you of your frown.

Good Enough

Don’t give up,
It’s worth the fight,
Just stand your ground,
Everything’s alright,
It will work out,
It’s not so tough,
Don’t doubt or,
Think you’re not good enough,
For someone else’s,
Twisted reality,
It doesn’t matter, As long as you see,
You’re more important,
Than what they say,
You’re good enough,
For any day, They’ll see the truth,
In your eyes,
Of all the things,
That they despise,
Will not be you,
But their reflection,
And give you nothing,
But affection,
For whom you are,
Is good enough,
For anyone,
Who wants your love.

Hope

Hope is in the world around us,
Everywhere we go,
Like the children with their innocence,
Seen playing in the snow.

Like the wrinkly old faces,
Of our elders in the world,
Sitting peacefully content,
With the way their life unfurled.

As a tree that starts out as a seed,
And grows as humans do,
There is hope found all around us,
Through the old days and the new.

Yet again, you do not have to read all of these poems. I like to write no matter what so it really doesn't matter if you like to read. Love yas.

Again I enjoy reading your poetry. I really liked "Friendship" and "Good Enough," they are both quite appealing to me, for some odd reason.
