New Poem (Sheer Horror)

Sweat... glistening as it rolls down the rigid path of your back,
The fear brings bumps to the sensitive flesh on your bones,
Chills rack your frozen body,
As breath is choked out in wheezing gasps,
Screams echo in your head,
Your own or someone elses,
No one knows,
Only one predominant thought,
Must get out,
Must escape,
The sheer horror of it all blocks all rationality,
You wait for the fate you can no longer deny,
Fog rolls in as you come to realize,
That your greatest fear is fear itself.

Ouch, good poem though, made me think. What was going on earlier?
